Breaking into International Affairs is next event by the branch's Emergent Cohort. Despite what many undergrads believe, there are multiple pathways to a career in International Affairs. The challenge students and young professionals face is finding opportunities, qualifying for them, and turning them into a career.
Join us to hear from a panel of three speakers from all levels of experience, as they discuss how they successfully engaged with International Affairs beyond the classroom. Discussion will range from hearing about experiences our speakers have had and what they gained from them, to what opportunities are currently out there for attendees to seek out. Further, the focus of the event will will be getting your foot in the door. The first step is often the hardest, this is an opportunity to hear from your peers and seniors on how to make the most of opportunities at all stages of your career and break into international affairs.
