Please note this event will be held under the Chatham House Rule and is in person only.

Australia and Switzerland share a long and enduring relationship centered on our common values and steadfast support for the rules based order. Cooperation continues to grow in key strategic areas including through our multilateral engagement, trade, science and education, and our people-to-people links.

Australia's relationship with Switzerland was further strengthened through the opening of an Australian Embassy in Bern in 2022. H.E Elizabeth Day, Australia's first appointed Ambassador to Switzerland, shares her experiences in the role and will discuss efforts to further enhance the Australia-Swiss relationship.

AIIA SA and SwissCham invites you to join Dr Michael Sullivan, Vice President of the AIIA SA, in conversation with Ms Elizabeth Day, Australia's Ambassador to Switzerland.
